Bill Regan joined the Empire City Casino team in 2013 working with staff and guests to ensure a positive experience on the casino floor. Bill is a New York native and avid New York sports fan with experience in Public Relations and Marketing. When not in the casino, you can find him enjoying a Giants, Yankees or Rangers game with friends in the local community.
Matthew Barrow graduated from the University of Buffalo with a BA in Marketing and was excited to begin working in the promotions department at Empire City Casino. During his four years in a customer service role, he has continually developed his guest relation skills and was promoted to Casino Host in 2012.
MeLee NgMak originates from New York City. She graduated from Pace University with a B.A. in Marketing. Afterwards moved to Atlantic City, New Jersey where she held several positions in Casino Marketing and during her employment, she was able to broaden her player development skills. At this time, she is excited to be back in her home state and to be working at Empire City Casino!
Ralph was born and raised in Yonkers New York and became part of the Player Development Team in 2016. He is a father of three and in his spare time he enjoys participating in their sporting events.
Ralph has an extensive background in customer service and his main goal as an Empire City Casino Host is to make sure all of our guests have a pleasant experience.
